BG Stone’s own port has a depth of 6.3 meters and is located at our Granite Quarry. The port is used for shipping material from our Norwegian granite quarry.
With our own loading conveyor, we can load at a rate of 1,000 tons per hour, providing us with the flexibility for efficient ship loading.
The port complements our Norwegian granite quarry operations, which include:
- Production of granite for concrete, asphalt, construction, and infrastructure projects
- Annual production ranging from 500,000 to 700,000 tons
- Direct shipment of materials to various destinations across Northern Europe.
